At Hayes Bicycle, we stand behind the performance of our components and want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on new, unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return authorization process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to print; please note that a flat-rate return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
